Very disappointed with this poster. It is AI generated — which the seller later confirmed to me — but above all, it is poorly generated: several visual aberrations, including a very distorted face, make the illustration really problematic. I came to Etsy to buy human-made artwork, not lightly retouched AI images. While this information is mentioned somewhere on the shop page, it's not prominently displayed in the product description. The seller's response simply reiterates that Etsy allows AI and that digital files are non-refundable, without any real consideration for the quality issue. Too bad: the idea was good, but the execution and customer follow-up were lacking.

Bonjour, Tout d’abord, Etsy n’interdit ni l’utilisation d’outils d’intelligence artificielle, ni le remboursement des contenus numériques. Ces points sont encadrés par la plateforme, et ma boutique respecte strictement ces règles. Concernant la création elle-même : Certaines œuvres de la boutique intègrent effectivement l’aide d’outils IA, principalement pour travailler certains des éléments, affiner certaines textures ou améliorer la qualité de l’image. Le visuel final est réalisé à plus de 80 % par mes soins, et ce processus fait partie de ma démarche artistique et du prix. Cela peut parfois générer de légers artefacts. Bonne journée à vous.
