Custom and personalized orders

Customizations and personalized orders are always welcome! Please send me a message and I'd be happy to bring your idea to life. Please note that custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes any item customized with names, dates, colors, variations, or special requests. Thank you for your understanding!

Each product listing shows a processing time. I make and prepare orders in the order they are received. I always work as efficiently as possible, but I cannot guarantee early shipment outside the posted timeline.

Etsy provides an estimated delivery window, which is based on typical carrier timelines. Final delivery is handled by the carrier, and transit times may vary. Rush production or upgraded shipping may be available depending on the item. Please note: any upgraded shipping must be purchased by the buyer.

Changes & Cancellations

Please reach out to me as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. Once an item has been shipped or has entered the production stage, changes and cancellations may not be possible.

This item has had a high sales volume over the past 6 months.
