What is your refund policy?

All sales are final due to the nature of digital downloads. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for our products. However, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. To help with your decision, we provide lots of images and detailed descriptions of our products. Please review these carefully before making a purchase.

How do I access my purchase (downloads)?

To access your files, log into Etsy using a browser (do not the app), go to Purchases and Reviews, and click Download Files next to your order. You'll receive a PDF with a link to your full download set. Open the PDF, click the link, and save the files to your device before printing. If you checked out as a guest, Etsy sends the download link to your email receipt (check spam/junk too). File too big? That’s why we use the linked PDF. PLEASE NOTE: You can only access and download your purchased digital file(s) on Etsy from a DESKTOP. You will NOT see a button to download your file(s) if you are looking at your order from the mobile app.

How long are my downloads available?

Your digital downloads on Etsy are available indefinitely. You can download your purchased files as many times as you need, whenever you need them, from any device you own. Just log into your Etsy account and go to the Purchases and Reviews section to access your files. If you checked out as a guest, you’ll find a download link in the receipt email sent to you after purchase

Can I get a refund if I accidentally buy something twice?

Etsy allows digital items to be purchased multiple times and doesn't warn you if you’ve bought them before. It also doesn’t flag if an item is already included in a larger kit or bundle. I do my best to show what’s included in every listing with clear images and descriptions. Because Etsy charges a nonrefundable fee on every purchase, I’m not able to offer full refunds for accidental duplicates. That said, if this is your first time, I’m happy to offer a 50% refund as a one-time courtesy—just message me within 3 days of your order.

Do I need a Dropbox Account & why I provide Dropbox Links?

To clarify no email signup is required to download your purchase—your files are available directly through Etsy under your “Purchases & Reviews” section. I provide a Dropbox link because Etsy limits the file size I can upload, and Dropbox allows me to offer you everything in one convenient place. When you click the link all you need to do is click "Download" and the files will be dowloaded to your device. If you have a Dropbox Account you can click "Copy to Dropbox." Etsy limits file sizes, so large, high-quality files are stored on Dropbox. Don’t worry—it’s super easy! 1. Open the linked PDF file from Etsy. 2. Click the link that says "DOWNLOAD LINK" 3. PRINTING - IT CAN VARY

I don’t currently offer printing services. However, here are some suggestions to help you achieve the best results when printing my designs: For items like tags, covers, journaling cards use 65 lb (176 gsm) cardstock. It provides the perfect balance of thickness and durability. For journal pages and items that may add bulk quickly, I prefer 28 lb (105 gsm) paper. It’s lighter but still high-quality. You can print it at home or take it to your local print shop. BE AWARE COLORS AND PRINT QUALITY CAN VARY -Due to differences in monitor and printer calibrations, colors and print quality may appear different in print than on screen. The final print quality will depend on the type of printer and paper used.

What file types are included with your digital downloads?

As of July 2025, all of my digital downloads will include JPG and PDF formats to ensure compatibility with a variety of software and printing needs. For some products, SVG files are also included to make them easy to use with cutting machines. The specific file types included with each product are listed in the product description, so be sure to check there for details. Commerical License Terms of Use for Clipart, Digital Papers & Seamless Papers

Every purchase comes with a crafting license, allowing you to create and sell physical products using my designs. However, the final product must be completely unique, with your own personal touches added, and cannot directly compete with my original digital designs. 👉HOW DO I PRINT?
You can print it at home or take it to your local print shop. Please be aware that color variations may arise due to monitor and printer settings differences. For optimal results print on slightly thicker paper or cardstock, as this minimizes rippling and bowing when adhesive is applied.

NOTE: The Folio Designs are designed to be printed double-sided on 200gsm or heavier cardstock, every element is beautiful—no need to fuss with matching edges!
