FAQ 1: What is a Canva template?

Answer: A Canva template is a pre-designed graphic that you can customize using Canva. You can edit text, colors, and images to fit your needs, making it easy to create professional-looking designs without any design experience.

FAQ 2: How do I access my purchased templates?

Answer: After completing your purchase, you’ll receive a link to download your templates. Simply click the link, and it will direct you to Canva, where you can create a free account or log in to access and edit your templates.

FAQ 3: Can I use the templates for commercial purposes?

Answer: Yes, you can use the templates for commercial purposes, such as creating products to sell. However, you cannot resell or distribute the templates themselves in any form.

Custom and personalized orders

Answer: No, you don’t need a Canva Pro account for most of our templates. However, some features or elements may require a Pro account. We recommend checking the template details for any specific requirements.

FAQ 5: What if I have trouble editing my template?

Answer: If you encounter any issues, feel free to reach out to us via Etsy messages. We’re happy to assist you with any questions or concerns you have about editing your templates!
