Please enter your text and font # in the personalization box under the drop-down menu OR you can send your logo/design/picture as a message on Etsy.
If your logo/design has a background that is not transparent please request removing the background. Otherwise, we will print your design as you sent.

Material: 100% high-quality cotton for durability and comfort.
Sizing: We offer aprons for all ages, starting at age 2.
(please refer to the size chart in the photos for detailed measurements)
Pocket: Youth and toddler sizes have pockets in the middle; adult sizes have pockets on the right and left.

-----HOW TO CARE YOUR APRON-----
Wash item in cold water and dry flat, do not bleach, do not tumble dry, do not dry clean, and do not iron directly on the design.

Processing is 1-3 days. First Class Shipping is estimated 2-5 business days after the processing time.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long does processing take?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During busy seasons or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on the delivery option selected at checkout and your location.
Can I receive my order by a specific date?
If you need your order by a certain date, please message us before ordering. We recommend upgrading to Priority or Express Shipping for time-sensitive orders.
My tracking says delivered, but I did not receive it.
Please check around your property, mailbox, porch, neighbors, or local post office. Carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early or deliver to nearby addresses.
My tracking has not updated.
Tracking scans may be delayed. In many cases, updates appear once the package reaches the next facility or final destination.
What if my package is returned because of an address issue?
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can resend it once the correct address is provided. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Are your shirts true to size?
• Unisex shirts: true to size with a comfortable fit
• Women’s V-neck shirts: more fitted and run smaller than unisex
• Tank tops: generally more fitted than standard tees
I’m between sizes. What should I do?
We recommend comparing the measurements in our size chart (listing photos) with a favorite shirt you already own.
Do shirts shrink after washing?
Most shirts are pre-shrunk. Minimal shrinkage may occur depending on washing and drying method.

Will the color match exactly what I see on screen?
Screen settings, lighting, and fabric blends may cause slight color differences between photos and the final product.
What shirt brands do you use?
We use soft, quality apparel from trusted brands such as Bella Canvas, Gildan, District, and similar premium suppliers depending on stock availability.
Can I request Bella Canvas or any other brand?
Yes, in many cases. Please message us before ordering to confirm availability for your preferred color and size.

Why does the price change when I select size or style?
Etsy often displays the lowest available starting price in the listing preview. Prices vary depending on:

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Can I change the wording on a design?
Yes. We offer custom wording and personalization on many items. (A small fee may apply!)
Can I use my own image or logo?
Often yes. Please send us your file through Etsy messages so we can review it first.
How do I order matching shirts with different names or sizes?
Please add each shirt separately to your cart:
1. Choose size/color/style
2. Add personalization details

Do you accept returns?
Because most items are made to order, we generally do not accept returns unless there is an error on our part.
Can I exchange for another size?
Standard exchanges are not available for custom-made items. However, if sizing was an issue, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

If we made a mistake, please message us with photos and we will make it right.
Can I cancel my order?
