How long does it take to process and ship orders?

All of our icons are made to order with great care and attention to detail. Processing time usually takes between 3–7 business days, depending on the season and the size or quantity of your order. Once your order is ready, it will be carefully packaged and shipped, and you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before purchasing — we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. You can track an Etsy order by signing into your account and going to Purchases and reviews on the Etsy website or by tapping you then Purchases in the app. The tracking details, including the status and tracking number, will be shown next to your order.

What is your return policy?

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and for any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition and packaging. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us first to arrange the process, we’ll be happy to assist you.

What happens if I provided the wrong shipping address or missed the delivery?

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If an incorrect or incomplete address was provided and the package cannot be delivered, it will usually be returned to us by the postal service. Why is shipping to the U.S. expensive?

Shipping to the United States is currently more expensive because all orders must be sent exclusively with DDP method. The shipping cost also includes all duties and taxes.
