We, the seller, create all orders based on the details we are provided with. Delivery information, is automatically sent through to our mail system, these are then ready for us to print, therefore its really important these are checked by you. We always recommend using a full and correct name on the address too, as you may not be able to collect items from your local depot, if needed, if the name on the item doesn't match what is on your ID.
