Color that's it. I went to the shop and told him that it was misleading and they didn't care or respond

It is unfortunate Sherri felt she had to give our little shop one star. We make sure to be clear in our listings and policies.
She reached out 01/04 unhappy with the way the coat fit stating she, "did not realize that the arms were so short it looks goofy." She did not mention any issue with color.
We responded 01/05 apologizing that she was unhappy. We explained all measurements are stated in the item listing, as a vintage piece, the sleeve length was the style of the time to display accessories.
Per shop policy, all vintage sales are final. However, having contacted us within 3 days of receiving the item, we offered store credit upon her return of the coat in the same condition. We extended 48 hours for her to respond. She did not contact us again.

ALL VINTAGE SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL. In the event that we have grossly misrepresented an item, please notify us immediately. We must be notified first before returning an item for store credit. The cost of return delivery with delivery confirmation will be the responsibility of the buyer. No refunds or exchanges will be granted after 3 days of item delivery.
Shipping policies
As much as possible all items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Large or heavy items are shipped via USPS Parcel Post.
Our shipping days are Mondays and Thursdays.
All purchases are shipped within 2-3 business days after the order is received and payment is cleared. (Unless otherwise requested by the buyer.)
Ela's Idea will not be responsible for shipping damage or loss due to the postal service. Purchases of $100.00 and above are automatically shipped with insurance
Items available for international shipping are sent via United States Postal Service. Please be advised, Ela's Idea cannot be responsible for delays in shipping time due to customs delays. Buyers are responsible for any additional fees that may be charged at customs.
We try to use recycled packaging and packing materials whenever available.
