PURCHASING
- Please check the color charts for the size and type of the t-shirt you’d like to buy, every color is not available for every size, drop down comes automatically for every color but those could not available for every item, if you do not check the color charts availability, the closest item will be sent to you.
- If you want to add an additional design to the back of the t-shirt, it comes with an additional charge.

STOCK
- We work with 50% Bella Canvas and 50% Outlash Brands. Outlash Brand is pretty much the same as Bella Canvas in size, quality, and color wise. If you request a Bella Canvas shirt specifically please "ADD A MESSAGE TO SELLER" during your checkout but if Bella Canvas is not available in our stocks, your order might be delayed while sourcing Bella Canvas from warehouses. For further questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
- Warning: If the Bella Canvas brand is also out of stock at suppliers' warehouses, your order may be delayed for longer.

COLOR ARRANGEMENT
- The design colors can be arranged to create contrast with the t-shirts in some circumstances. For example; if the t-shirt's color is black and the design is a dark color, the design can come with a white frame or a fully white color to specify it better on the t-shirt. This can be applied to every dark color. If you have any questions please contact the seller.

CUSTOM
- If you’d like to add or change anything on the existing design that has shown as a display picture, please contact the seller on the Etsy message box to learn the availability of personalization.
- If you’d like to add an additional design for the back of the t-shirt please read below.

BACK OF T-SHIRTS
- If you have any additional design requests for the back of the t-shirts, contact with seller first. We will redirect you to the next steps for your purchase because additional design requests for the back of t-shirts are chargeable.
- Tell us what is your request for the design you want to add for the back of the t-shirt during your checkout in the Message Box that is hidden in the Review Page.
- Please use the "ADD MESSAGE TO SELLER" icon before you checkout.

HINT: Click the Add Message Link and the Add Message Button to save your message or you may also send us a message through the "Contact Seller" button, whichever is more convenient for you.

- Please contact us through the message box if you entered the wrong address, we would gladly help you unless the item has not been made and processed for shipping.

- The designs print with DTF printing method.
Production Duration: 1-2 business days
Standard Shipping (3-5 business days after production time, delivery time frame might take longer than usual due to pandemic, if you are in a rush for your order, please upgrade the shipping at checkout)
Available Upgrade for Expedited Shipping/Delivery (This does not affect the production time, production time remains the same, expedited shipping is only for delivery time that will be under the control of Couriers)
Rushing order fee is available, contact with the seller from message box for further information.
