CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

In the event you purchased a Maisie Moo Design not realizing it is not a physical product, then no worries! I will gladly refund you for any unopened/downloaded files... we all make mistakes sometime. The same goes if you loved it that much you purchased it twice (it happens a lot!) I will also pop a refund through for the double up x

DO I NEED A COMMERCIAL LICENSE?

No you won't! I will happily support you and your small business and you are welcome to use your Maisie Moo templates to create lots of pretty goodies to sell. However, if you intend on using in larger scale businesses or in mass production, you will require a commercial licence, just flick me an Etsy convo or email and I'll get you set up with a reserved listing.

It is most definitely there, as the SVG is what I use in my Cricut Maker to create all the items you see in my store. If you can not see the SVG it is most likely showing as a HTML. If you are a new user, or recently updated Windows, your SVG's may be defaulting to show as HTML's. They are still SVG's and can be used as such. To change them to show as a SVG, right click and select 'open with' and then select the program you wish to use eg: Design Space and click on the small box making this the default. Now your SVG's will show as SVG's.
