1 — Can I return, cancel, or exchange my order?

We accept cancellation requests within 1 hour of purchase whenever production has not yet started. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, according to the policy shown on the individual listing. Please contact us before returning an item and send it back in its original condition and packaging. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect due to our error, message us with photos so we can arrange an appropriate replacement or resolution at no additional cost. Please check spelling, personalization, birthstones, birth flowers, finish and length before placing your order.

2 — How do I request a return or exchange?

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery before returning your item. We will provide you with the necessary return instructions. Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returned items should be sent back in their original condition and packaging. Once the return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed in accordance with the return policy applicable to your order. Please do not send a return without contacting us first.

3 — What if I selected the wrong size, birthstone, finish, or personalization?

Please carefully review all selections before completing your purchase, including: • Chain length • Finish / metal color • Birthstone or birth flower • Names, initials, dates, or other personalization If you notice an error shortly after ordering, please contact us immediately. If production has not yet started, we will do our best to update your order. If the item has already entered production or shipped, please contact us so we can review the available options based on your order and the applicable return or exchange policy.

4 — What should I do if my order is marked “Delivered” but I haven’t received it?

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first: • Verify the shipping address on your order • Check around the delivery location, mailbox, or safe delivery areas • Ask household members or neighbors • Check with your local carrier or delivery office If the package is still missing, please contact us and we will help you determine the next steps. Eligible orders may also be covered by Etsy Purchase Protection, subject to Etsy’s eligibility requirements and policies. We are happy to guide you through the process if additional assistance is needed.

5 — What if my tracking stays in “Pre-Shipment,” stops updating, or my package is delayed?

Tracking may show “Pre-Shipment” or “Label Created” before the carrier’s first scan, and updates can pause while a parcel is in transit. A tracking status alone does not confirm that a parcel is lost. If there has been no movement for 7 days, or your estimated delivery window has passed, please message us. We will review the tracking and contact the carrier when needed. If a shipment is confirmed lost or has a significant delivery issue, we will help you find an appropriate resolution. Eligible orders may qualify for Etsy Purchase Protection, subject to Etsy’s requirements.

6 — How do I take care of my jewelry?

Our jewelry is crafted from high-quality 925 Sterling Silver, with selected designs also available in 14K Gold Plated and Rose Gold Plated finishes. Sterling silver may naturally oxidize or tarnish over time when exposed to air, moisture, cosmetics, or chemicals. This is normal and can usually be easily cleaned. To keep your jewelry looking beautiful: • Remove before swimming, showering, or exercising • Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, hairspray, and harsh chemicals • Store in a dry, closed jewelry pouch or box when not being worn • Gently clean with a soft jewelry polishing cloth For gold-plated and rose gold-plated jewelry, avoid abrasive cleaners or aggressive polishing, as these may affect the plated finish.

7 — What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to assist with correcting the address where possible. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping carrier will be able to change or redirect the delivery address. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, additional shipping costs may apply before the order can be resent. Please carefully review your shipping address before completing checkout.

8 — How is my order packaged? Do you offer gift wrapping?

Every jewelry order arrives in our standard gift-ready jewelry packaging at no additional charge. Premium gift wrapping is available on selected listings for an additional fee at checkout. Please check the options offered for your item. Decorative props, boxes and presentation elements in lifestyle photos are not necessarily included. Your order includes our standard packaging or the gift-wrapping option you select at checkout. Have a specific packaging request? Please message us before ordering.

9 — Do you accept custom design requests?

Absolutely! We are happy to discuss custom jewelry ideas, modifications to existing designs, or special personalization requests. Send us a message with: • Your design idea • Preferred material or finish • Personalization details • Reference photos, if available We will let you know whether the requested design is possible and provide additional details before you order. Please contact us before purchasing if your request differs significantly from the options shown in the listing.

10 — How long do production and delivery take?

Production takes 1–3 business days, followed by 3–7 business days for shipping. Please allow up to 10 business days in total for production and delivery. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. For Christmas and other time-sensitive gifts, please order early and check the estimated arrival date shown on the listing or at checkout. If you need your gift for a specific date, message us before ordering.
