What is your international shipping policy?

We are happy to ship all over the world! Please understand though if you are in another country other than the US that you may be responsible for any taxes, customs fees, or other amounts levied by your home country. Please check with your customs office/or postal service if you are concerned about possible tariffs. Simpli Stamped is not responsible for these fees or if your package gets held in customs because you haven't paid your fees. If your package is in customs and not picked up by you within a reasonable amount of time they will ship it back to us and you will not receive a refund if your item was personalized. If you would then like your package shipped back out to you, you will need to pay for shipping again.

Due to the process of hand stamping individual letters one at a time, rings can stretch to be up to 1/2 size larger. (1/4 size is the most common) The more characters you choose the more likely it is that the ring will be larger. Not sure of your ring size? Please see my printable ring size chart listing.

Will my stamped words be perfectly straight?

No, each piece is hand stamped, slight variation in spacing or alignment adds to the uniqueness of your item.

When I send Simpli Stamped a message, when can I expect a response?

Simpli Stamped will be open 7 days a week for orders, but only open for correspondence Monday - Friday from 8am - 4:00 pm. We will not respond to messages on the weekends or holidays because we are spending time with our family. We try our very best to respond to all messages within 24 hours and answer messages on a first come, first served basis, so please be patient. I promise we are responding as fast as humanly possible.
