Most items in our shop ship separately, so if you order a variety of items (tees, fabric, mugs, etc) expect to receive them in a few packages. Combined shipping is automatically calculated and discounted at check-out.

Since many items in our shop are made-to-order, we generally do not offer exchanges or refunds. We strongly encourage you to read the listing descriptions in their entirety, and all clothing has a size chart in the last photo and/or description, so please review it carefully before ordering!

We are happy to accommodate cancellation requests within one hour if there was an accidental double order or unusual circumstance, but as a general rule we do not accept cancellations.

Every now and then a bad print happens or something gets damaged or lost in transit, but getting you a free replacement is no problem! We never require you to send back any faulty items. Please contact us if you have any issues before leaving feedback! Resolving these issues is no problem at all, and we want our awesome customers to have awesome stuff!

We do not ship outside of the US due to complicated taxes, packaging laws, and tariffs - it is just too difficult at this time. So sorry!

We strive to be all-inclusive and often do have extended sizes for our apparel available, even if they are not currently listed. Please contact us for extended sizing info!

All of our stickers are UV and water-resistant and are suitable for both indoor or outdoor use.

All of our mugs are both dishwasher and microwave safe.

Generally we don't take any custom requests (especially around the holidays), but it never hurts to ask!

We fiercely protect our designs and will take legal action against anyone stealing/copying them. If you ever see one of our designs somewhere other than Kitschy Cuties, it was stolen without permission!
