I need my item by a certain date. Can you guarantee on-time delivery?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. USPS only guarantees delivery times for Express Mail. Because of this, Slabclothing cannot promise on-time arrival for your order if you need it by a specific date. Tip: If your order is time-sensitive, please message us before placing your order so we can offer the best shipping option.

I accidentally cut my item while opening the package. Can you replace it?

We strongly advise not using scissors or sharp objects to open your package. Unfortunately, Slabclothing does not offer replacements for items damaged while opening the package.

Someone stole my item from my mailbox. Can I get a replacement?

We are not responsible for stolen packages once delivery is confirmed. Please contact your local post office and file a report with your local police department.

My package is lost. What should I do?

Sometimes, items are delayed or lost in the mail — this is out of our control. If your tracking hasn't updated in 14 business days, please contact us and we will help file a lost mail claim with USPS. Please note: We are not liable for lost mail, but we’ll do our best to assist.

Can I return or exchange seasonal items?

No. All sales are final on seasonal items. This includes designs related to New Year’s, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Halloween, and Christmas. We also do not guarantee on-time delivery of seasonal items, as shipping delays may occur with USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

I entered the wrong shipping address. Can you fix it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us right away. If your order has already shipped, we are unable to change the address. If the package is returned to us, we can reship it to the correct address for a $5.99 reshipping fee.

Can I return or exchange personalized/custom items?

No. Personalized/custom items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These items are made just for you and cannot be resold. Please make sure all details are correct before placing your order. Canceling or returning customized orders negatively impacts our small shop – we appreciate your understanding.

Can I cancel my order since it hasn’t shipped and won’t arrive on time?

Our products are made to order, and many are seasonal, so we do not accept cancellations for personal or timing-related reasons. We always try to ship as quickly as possible, but shipping times can vary and are out of our control. Please contact us before ordering if you need your item urgently. Note: We do not process urgent requests based on order notes alone.
