A. All my patterns are available in PDF format, which can be easily viewed and printed using the free Adobe Acrobat Reader software. If you don't have it installed on your device, you can download it for free from www.adobe.com/products/reader.

Q. I don't have access to a printer. Can you print and post the pattern to me?

A. Yes, I offer printing and shipping services within the USA. Please contact me if you require this service, which is available for an additional cost of $8. Feel free to message me for further assistance.

Q. What is included in the printed pattern materials?

A. The printed pattern materials include: - A printed finished design image. - A black and white chart with color backstitch (if applicable). - A black and white chart without printed backstitch for comfortable stitching (only for designs that use backstitch). - Instruction and symbol key.

Q. Can I cancel my PDF file purchase and get a refund?

A. Due to the nature of digital files, I do not offer refunds or exchanges. I recommend reading the item descriptions carefully and ensuring you understand what you are purchasing. If you have any questions or need clarifications, please feel free to contact me before making your purchase.

Q. Are your patterns compatible with the Pattern Keeper app?

A. Yes, all of my PDF charts are compatible with the Pattern Keeper (PK) app. Please note that the Pattern Keeper app may not support backstitches and is best suited for full coverage pieces. You may need to assign the floss colors manually when using my charts in the app.

Q. Is it possible to make a SAGA file?

A. Yes, it is possible to create a SAGA file for you. Please contact me, and I will be happy to make the file and email it to you.
