CD.Forge Whiteboard Calendar Magnets turn a dry-erase calendar into a reusable planner. Snap on dates, months and your own words in raised 3D lettering, move them when plans change, and reset the month in minutes. No smudges, no ghosting, no rewriting.

⭐ WHY THEY WORK
• Raised 3D letters stay crisp and easy to read from across the room
• Built-in lift groove: slip a fingernail in and lift, no prying
• Stack up to six task magnets on a busy day
• Color-code by person, category or month with 60+ colors
• Reusable year after year

📏 SIZES AND TEXT LIMITS
Character counts include spaces. The first number prints at full size. Longer text, up to the second number, prints smaller to fit. Counts are a guide: wide letters like M and W take more room.
• Standard Task: 3.5 × 0.5 in (89 × 12 mm). 12 to 18 characters.
• Mini Task: 2.5 × 0.5 in (63.5 × 12 mm). 8 to 12 characters. Fits day boxes about 3 to 3.5 in wide.
• Month: 5.9 × 1.7 in (150 × 44 mm). Up to 9 characters, so every month fits.
• Date: 0.7 × 0.6 in (19 × 16 mm). Up to 3 letters or numbers.
Made for 24 × 36 in full-grid calendars. Works on any steel-backed whiteboard. Whiteboard not included.

🛒 HOW TO ORDER
1. Dropdown 1, Magnet package type: pick a pack.
2. Dropdown 2, Size: Standard, or Mini for a shorter 2.5 in task magnet. Mini is available on Custom Task, themed packs and Days of the Week. For Custom Month, Custom Date, Dates, Months and Date + Month, pick Standard: those magnets come in the sizes listed above.
3. Dropdown 3, No. of Color Combos: 1 to 10. 1 combo = 1 base color + 1 text color. Magnets that share both colors count as one combo. Need more than 10? Message us.
4. Personalization box: one line per group, in this format:
(QTY) TEXT, base color / text color
Example:
(2) PAYDAY, lilac / black
(3) PRACTICE, navy blue / white

Rules:
• Text prints in ALL CAPS.
• Quantities should add up to the magnets in that cart item.
• Each size is its own cart item. To mix Standard and Mini, add each to your cart separately.
• Themed and calendar packs: just list your colors. With more than one combo, say which words or dates go in which colors.
• Date + Month (2 color) is always 2 combos: one color per set of dates.
• Ordering several packs? Put your full list on one item and write "see other item" on the rest.

Not sure? Message us your list and we'll check it before you buy.

🤖 LET AI BUILD YOUR ORDER
Copy this prompt into ChatGPT or Claude, then paste this whole description and your list where shown. For a visual reference, also attach screenshots of the listing photos (sizes, packs, colors and the order steps). The AI writes your order instructions; you place the order yourself.

"I'm ordering CD.Forge whiteboard calendar magnets on Etsy. Using the listing description below, plus any listing photos I attach as a visual reference, give me step-by-step instructions to place my order myself. Do not open websites or control my computer. Just give me the instructions and text.
1) Tell me how many cart items I need (one, or several) and why. Use the cheapest packs that cover my list. Each size and each pack is its own cart item.
2) For each cart item, tell me exactly what to pick in each dropdown: Magnet package type, Size, No. of Color Combos.
3) Group my words by color combo (base color + text color) and show the count for each group, so I can check the total.
4) Check every word against the character limits for its size. Flag any that will print smaller or will not fit, and suggest a shorter version.
5) Use only color names from the color list. If I didn't choose a text color, suggest white or black using the text color guide.
6) Give me the personalization text for each cart item in its own copyable code block, one line per group: (QTY) TEXT, base color / text color. With several cart items, put the full list on the first item and "see other item" on the rest, and say which cart item each word belongs to.
If a photo and the description ever disagree, follow the description. Ask me if anything is unclear before you finish.
