Modify/change my shipping address?

If you placed an order with an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately with the correct address. If your order has not yet been processed we will edit your order information.

Accidentally had my order shipped to the incorrect address. What can I do?

If your order is too far along in the processing stage or has been shipped, it is your responsibility to retrieve the package from the address it is being shipped to. We also recommend reaching out to the carrier to see if the package can be redirected or held at your local post office. We try our best to answer each message as quickly as possible! If an order ships or is too far along in the processing stage before we are able to cancel, there is, unfortunately, nothing we can do about it.

What is the return/exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges for items that are new, unused and in the original packaging within 30 days of your order being placed. Returns/Exchanges are processed when we receive the item back. We recommend retaining a copy of your drop-off receipt for your records. If we can verify the order was dropped off with a receipt and the order is lost with the carrier, we will take responsibility and honour the return.

Can I return personalised items?

Personalised items are non-refundable, even if you make a mistake, so please double check everything is perfect before placing an order!
