• Please contact us before returning any items — we’re here to help!
• Contact us within 14 days after you receive your order.
• Return shipping: Please send the item back within 14 days of delivery.
• Item condition: Shoes and bags must be unworn and returned in their original condition and packaging. Returns that don’t meet these requirements will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
• Trying on shoes: Please try your shoes only on soft, clean surfaces to avoid any damage to the soles or leather.
• Return method: Use registered shipping with a tracking number — DO NOT use courier services. Please share the tracking number with us for your protection. We are not responsible for lost returns.

• If you request a refund after the item has been shipped, please note that the original shipping fees (whether you paid them or shipping was free) will be subtracted from your refund, since these costs are charged by the carrier.
• For exchanges or returns, the buyer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

• Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Since each product is made specifically according to your preferences, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
• Custom shoes are considered those that have been modified in design, size, width, color, or material, and cannot be reused or resold to other customers.
• For orders of two or more pairs, you must keep at least one pair. Full-order returns are not accepted.
• Sizes 42, 43, and above cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made to order.
• Items discounted by 50% or more are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
• Orders that the buyer refuses to accept will not be refunded.

• We ship worldwide from Athens, Greece, using FedEx and DHL Express for fast and reliable delivery, as well as standard shipping via Hellenic Post (ELTA) for more economical options.
• Please provide your phone number at checkout, as it is required by the carrier to ensure a smooth delivery process.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow its journey.
• All of our shoes are made to order and require approximately 5–10 days for production before dispatch.
• All orders are safely packed with eco-friendly materials.
