This Buffalo Trace Distilleries whiskey bourbon barrel head is crafted using a genuine aged Kentucky whiskey bourbon barrel. It makes for an excellent gift for bourbon enthusiasts. Measuring 21 inches in diameter, this rustic whiskey barrel head is the perfect addition to any room, whiskey bar, bourbon barrel bar, or man cave. The Buffalo Trace barrel head sign is a fantastic gift and can be displayed above your prized Buffalo Trace bottles. The design has been intricately cut into the wood using a CNC, ensuring durability—it's painted deep into the wood, which it willn't fade. Once the Buffalo Trace design is engraved into the wood, I apply multiple coats of polyurethane for added protection.

This is an authentic, one-time-use bourbon barrel head. To achieve an authentic aged whiskey barrel appearance, I lightly sand each barrel head without removing the distinctive hammer marks, barrel ring marks, and other character traits. This process gives each barrel head a unique look that embodies rustic charm. I carefully hand-selects each barrel head to ensure it meets our high standards for quality and aesthetics.

In my designs, I use high-quality wood to showcase the grain, and you can still smell the whiskey that the Kentucky White Oaks have absorbed. This Buffalo Trace whiskey barrel art is perfect for home decoration or for enhancing your whiskey barrel bar.

**IMPORTANT NOTE: My signs are made from authentic whiskey bourbon barrel heads. As reclaimed barrel tops, they may have imperfections such as cracks, stains, and slight curves. I lightly sand each head for an aged look while preserving the unique hammer and barrel ring marks. This careful process imbues each barrel head with its own distinctive character and rustic charm. Bourbon bottles not included.
