Oppai Factory OR6T TRX6m LCG Chassis for Injora IR60 Body

How do you make the IR60 better? Run my LCG. Then what? How about you add an Axle?

Introducing the OR6T kit for the Injora IR60 Body. This chassis is built off the same proven design of my IR60 LCG, but then adds an additional to complete your build as a very capable TRX6m which is also built to run the Injora Towing Boom to make the ultimate recovery rig.

This chassis sucks the frame rails into the body by nearly 16mm and has the skids and battery tray integrated into each 1pc frame rail. Then has a special add-on brace and railset to extend it. Specifically designed to use my High Clearance Plate it has a completely smooth underside so you won’t get hung up in those typical 4m places. The battery is held down by the clipped body itself so no more straps or fiddling to swap batteries. Included are LH and RH Mounting trays for ESCs and/or Receivers to tuck into the cab rather than having that mess of wires and the back of the bed. This also improved your weight bias. In addition to the working with the Injora Towing Boom, it has a lift arm for hands free recovery. The are has bearings so it can raise and lower smoothly, a swivel fork so you can turn and reverse while still holding firm to the towing rigs axle, and finally it has a 4mm x 45mm metal rod core so it can take the strain without fear of a break.

Because this is a complete IR60 with an Add-on you can easily switch back to a 4x4 if you wish.

This chassis requires the use of 4m Bronco/ Defender links for the IR60 portion, and an extra set of front Defender/ Bronco Links for the 3rd axle.

This kit comes with an Injora Ascent18 front shaft for connecting the 3rd axle as well as my 6x6 conversion kit to modify the 2nd axle into a through axle. Also included is a flip truss for the 3rd axle so it spins correctly with the other 2. **If you are using a Diamond Axle you only need to flip the Diff in the 3rd axle and you will not need to use the flip truss. Also included is an Injora 12t Helical Pinion for the through axle’s pinioned diff cover.

You will need the following to complete:

Injora IR60 Body
Injora 12/24 Diff-set (for through axle)
4x4 TRX4m worth of parts (Trans/ Motor, Axles, Shocks, Servo, ESC, Wheels/ Tires etc.)
X1 full set of Defender/ Bronco Links/, an additional set of FRONT links, and Rear Axle
X1 Pair of shocks and wheels/ tires (3 wheels/ tires if you want a matching spare)
(Suggest 53/59mm shocks in the front and no longer than a 53mm for the rear axles)

Lastly there are hooks built into the upper frame cradle that allow the use of a rubber band limiting strap to prevent unloading of the suspension on steep climbs. This can be used on all 3 axles.

Note**
The supplied High Clearance plate is required for this frame and is made of 3D Printed plastic same as the frame. If you would like to utilize a metal plate be it Aluminum or Brass please see the Tools section of the store where you can purchase a High Clearance Drill Jig and make your metal plate in to a High Clearance one.

I advise using links that have the adjustable style nylon ends so you can tweak and level the rear axle pinions. Full metal or stock plastic links without adjustment can give the rear driveshaft an aggressive angle forcing you the limit suspension travel or risk the shaft pulling apart.

*Injora SS links can be ordered a la carte and are idea for these types of rigs.

Metal driveshafts are REQUIRED for this kit. Stock plastic axles will not fit the chassis and the added load of a 3rd axles as well as the weight will snap anything plastic in the drivetrain quickly.

LAYDOWN Servo required! You can use it with a typical stand up servo, but you won't be benefiting from the chassis nearly as much as it is meant to be a low CG chassis and needs the low profile and low CG Laydown mount to get the best performance.


**Due to the additional time it takes to prep this rather large kits they will be added to the store in limited quantities as they are completed and ready for shipment unlike my other products which are typically assembled upon order. They will be added to the store periodically, but if you come back and it’s not in the store simply contact me and I can give you an ETA on when more will be added.

I understand that 3d parts have can be more susceptible to breaks over metal or injected nylon parts, so for as long as I am business I offer free lifetime replacements of any parts that break for any reason. Simply cover the shipping, and I can ship out any replacement part or parts you need to make your rig whole again. If you are international, I understand shipping costs more so I will give you multiple sets of whichever part was broken to save you if you have another accident in the future. All of my products evolve over time if I find a better method or update I can do to improve them. If you do have a break on an older ver. of the part, then I will supersede you to the current ver. for only the cost of shipping.
