Can I see a preview of my order?

Sure, please select the proof option when placing your order and a proof will be emailed to you to check before printing.

I have received the wrong order

Please contact our staff with 7 workings days or receiving the order and we can arrange a replacement or a refund. For all prints sized up to A3 we will ask for a photo of the print(s) you have received torn in half to ensure they they are not fit for purpose. A replacement can then be sent out to you or a full refund. For all print sizes larger than A3, we will ask that the order is returned to us via a pre paid label provided by us. A replacement will be sent out upon receipt of the incorrect order or a full refund. If the order is not returned to us or destroyed as requested then we will not be able to provide a replacement or offer a refund.

Will my print come framed?

All our prints are unframed, it is much cheaper for our customers to source their own frames.

We do our best to ensure that our photos are as true to color as possible. However, due to photographic lighting sources, inconsistencies of various monitors settings, we cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product. Furthermore, every individual may see these colors differently. Screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct.

My order has arrived damaged

Please contact the team within 48 hours of receiving the order along with a photo of the prints received showing the damage. Note, we are not responsible for any damage caused during opening or unpacking of an order.

My personalised order has arrived but there is a mistake on it.

If there is a mistake on your order please get in touch within 7 days of receiving the print. If the mistake was provided by yourself in your notes then there will be a 50% charge to reprint and resend the order out to you. If the proof option is not selected we will not provide a preview of the order prior to printing, we will design and print the order based on your notes so please make sure they are all correct. if you would like to change anything after your order has been printed and sent out there will be a reprint charge.

Can I make changes to my design?

If you would like to be provided with a preview of your order, you will need to purchase the proof option with the order. Our designers will send you a proof over to check. If you would like to make any changes after the proof has been issued, our designers will make the changes and send you a second proof. The proof service includes two proofs. If you choose not to purchase the proof option, changes to your design are not possible after the order has been printed or sent to you.

Our EU Responsible Person for compliance with GPSR is EU Compliance Partner, based in Tallinn, Estonia.

Can I return my order?

We offer a 14 day return policy on all prints up to A3. Our larger prints (40cm x 50cm, A2 and 50cm x 70cm) are non refundable. These are printed on a per orders basis and are not eligible for refunds. For all prints up to size A3, including, 5x7 inch, 10x8 inch, A4 and A3. Simply return the product to us undamaged within 14 days of the shipping date. Make a note in the package your full name and order number, and email tracking information to lillibelleart@gmail.com. Once we receive the print back and providing it/they are undamaged, we will issue a full refund minus any delivery costs. We do not provide pre-paid shipping packages or labels to send products back to us. Customer are responsible for return shipment costs.

Why is there a delivery charge for digital orders?

For all digital international orders please use the code INTSHIPPING to remove the shipping fee. This discount only applies to digital items, an order sent to an address is subject to the delivery fee.
