Designed for both men and women, it transitions seamlessly from casual wear to formal style — understated, meaningful, and effortlessly luxurious.

⎯⎯⎯ SYMBOLISM & PURPOSE ⎯⎯⎯

● Red String — Traditionally associated with protection, luck, and connection. It symbolizes love, vitality, good fortune, and positive intention.

Paired with solid 14K gold, both variations create a meaningful expression of prosperity, courage, and intention — an elegant everyday piece for those who appreciate jewelry with symbolism and purpose.

⎯⎯⎯ PACKAGING ⎯⎯⎯

Presented in an elegant white LuxTerra gift box with a soft felt interior — ready for gifting.

Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, meaningful milestones, or simply as a symbolic everyday piece.

⎯⎯⎯ SIZING & CUSTOMIZATION POLICY ⎯⎯⎯

Each LuxTerra piece is individually handcrafted to order using fine-jewelry materials and the size, cord color, and configuration selected at checkout.

Custom-sized and made-to-specification pieces are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges.

Please measure carefully before ordering and refer to our sizing guide in the listing images. If LuxTerra correctly produces the size or configuration selected on your order, a later preference for a different size, color, or configuration is considered a customer selection and not a manufacturing defect.

Because resizing may require the bracelet to be completely dismantled and rebuilt, certain materials — including silk cord, crimps, protectors, findings, and other components — may not be reusable.

When technically possible, resizing or reconstruction may be offered as a PAID SERVICE. Pricing is determined individually based on replacement materials, solid-gold components, non-reusable components, labor, complexity, and shipping required to reconstruct the piece.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways.

If LuxTerra produces a size, color, or configuration different from the customer's order, we will correct the issue at no additional cost.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

⎯⎯⎯ CANCELLATION POLICY ⎯⎯⎯

Each LuxTerra piece is handcrafted to order, and materials may be allocated and production may begin shortly after purchase.

CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED once an order is placed.

Please carefully review your size, cord color, clasp style, customization selections, shipping address, and other order details before completing your purchase.

If you believe there is an error with your order, please contact us through Etsy Messages as soon as possible.

⎯⎯⎯ DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS ⎯⎯⎯

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us through Etsy Messages within 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and, when relevant, the shipping packaging.

If LuxTerra confirms that the issue resulted from our error or an eligible manufacturing defect, we will repair, replace, or otherwise correct the issue at no additional cost.

Damage resulting from normal wear, impact, misuse, improper handling, chemicals, pulling or stretching the silk cord, alteration, repair, or other customer-related causes after delivery is not considered a manufacturing defect.
