Custom and personalized orders

All orders are custom and made to order. Each order takes about a week to two weeks depending on quantity. If product is made sooner, we will ship it out as soon as possible!

How long do freshies last?

Freshies can last from 2 weeks to a month, depending on scent and temperature in your area. Some scents aren’t as strong as others and may not last as long. Freshies will put off a strong scent when they are warmer!

If your item has not been delivered in 14 days after shipped date, your package may be lost in mail. Contact United States Postal Service and file a claim for lost package. We will not replace items if a lost package claim has not been placed.

Stolen or delivered to the wrong address?

We are not responsible for stolen or misdelivered packages. You must contact the United States Postal Service and file a claim for stolen package.

Why does my freshie have a yellow tint?

Your freshie may have a yellow tint because the scent you picked has a yellow tint to it, making the freshie yellow. When adding color to the freshie, it will only eliminate some (sometimes most) of the yellow tint.

Why can't I smell my freshie?

When shipping out each of our freshies, we make sure the freshie is to our standards. If your freshie no longer smells to you, you can either be nose blind to it or you didn't pick a strong enough scent for you. Nose Blind: you are used to the scent you picked and you can no longer smell it. If you can't smell it, have someone else smell it who hasn't been around it. If they can't smell it, we will send you a return label to send it back and we will figure out a solution from there. However if it is 2 weeks after customer received item, we will not replace it or refund.

When will my package be delivered/shipped?

We wont know the exacted date of everyone's orders; however, we do have them shipped out before your estimated shipment date. If there is a complication or question we will reach out to you.

This listing is for a silicone mold for freshie makers. Any freshies pictured are only to showcase the finished product you can create when using the mold.

This silicone mold has only been tested for freshie making and is heat resistant up to 400° F. These molds have not been tested on resin or soap, but would likely be able to be used for those purposes.

Molds are hand poured in small batches - this means colors will vary. There also could be small bubbles, but these will not affect your freshies.
