What is your processing time?

All of our printed tees and most other items are processed within 5-7 business days and shipped off to you.

Do you offer exchanges or refunds due to size error?

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to error in ordering size or color, due to the fact that our shirts are printed by hand, one at a time, only when you order. Our return policy doesn’t cover products ordered in the wrong size. Because of that, we won’t be able to issue you a refund for the order. Thank you for understanding.

Where do you ship to?

Right now, we ship to US addresses only.

Do you offer plus sizes?

YES!! Almost all of our Tees are available in sizes small-2XL, and our V Neck tee made from recycled materials is available in sizes sm-4XL; Hoodies in sizes up to 5XL. ShesALittleWitchy will never charge more for plus size items.

What are you doing to be more eco-friendly?

As of 2022 about 50% of our tshirt and hoodie blanks are either organic cotton, hemp, or made of recycled materials. I am also currently about 90% digital with business stuff, I try not to print out materials unnecessarily and save things digitally instead. There is always room for improvement and I am on the lookout!

What happens if I don't receive my order?

If the carrier isn’t able to deliver the items because of the wrong address, or if the package was unclaimed we’ll then hold on the order for 28 days at no cost and try to contact you for clarification and attempt to re-deliver.

What if my items arrive damaged?

We pride ourselves on unparalleled product quality. That’s why all our orders go through a 3-step quality check before we ship them out. However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement within 30 days after the misprinted/damaged/defective item has been received. Please contact me as soon as you discover the damage.

What if I don't like it when I get it, or find it somewhere else cheaper?

We’re sorry to hear that you wish to return your order. Our return policy doesn’t cover buyer’s remorse so we won’t be able to issue you a refund for the order. Thank you for understanding.
