Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Our chains are 1.5 mm rolo chains and are beautiful, petite, and feminine. They are also fragile. Wearing the chain when you sleep, in the shower or allowing grabby (albeit adorable!) baby hands to play with it, may decrease the life-span of your chain.
We guarantee your chain for at least the first two weeks after shipment. We wear our chains everyday while raising children ages 1 to 8 and we haven't had any issues, so fear not!
Sales are final on all customized, personalized stamped charms.
If you are hoping to return a non-personalized item, the item must be shipped to us for assessment. A refund will be issued if the piece is in resale-able condition, comes to us in the original packaging, and is not tarnished. You are responsible for all shipping costs. Please insure your pieces with USPS. A $5 restocking fee will be charged on all returns.

A word about international shipping: Customs/duty fees might apply and that those are a buyer's responsibility as those fees are levied by the buyer's government and have nothing to do with Charmed Collections. Please make yourself aware of any and all custom charges/duties/taxes that you may incur from your country.
We cannot represent international shipments as gifts. Purchases must be accurately described and valued at the full sales price. Each piece of our jewelry is handmade. Part of their charm and character is that each piece is different and unique with minor differences in the lettering and finish. These should not be considered defects, but add to the feeling of the handmade piece.
