WHAT IF I HAVE A QUESTION OR PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?

Your happiness with your purchase is extremely important to me. If you have a question or experience a problem, please contact me through Etsy Messages. I always appreciate the opportunity to investigate and resolve any concerns. If you love your purchase, an Etsy review is greatly appreciated and helps other crystal lovers discover my independent Scottish business.

WHAT ADD-ONS ARE AVAILABLE?

The following options are available with most eligible listings: • Photo Selection — £5 • Full-Size Mystery Palm Stone — £10 • Full-Size Mystery Crystal Tower — £20 Mystery crystals are personally selected from the available collection. If you purchase more than one mystery add-on, I will aim to provide a varied selection wherever stock allows. Add-on availability is shown within each individual listing.

CAN I CHOOSE MY OWN CRYSTAL?

Yes. Photo Selection is available as a £5 add-on with most eligible products. Select the Photo Selection option when ordering and I will send photographs of up to three available pieces through Etsy Messages. You can then choose the exact crystal you would like to receive. Please respond within 24 hours of receiving the photographs. If I do not receive a response, I will carefully select a beautiful piece for you so your order is not unnecessarily delayed. Photo Selection is not required for listings where you will receive the exact crystal pictured. For a more extensive experience, Personal Crystal Shopping is available for customers who would like help choosing several crystals according to their preferences, intentions and budget.

ARE YOUR CRYSTALS NATURAL?

The majority of our crystals and gemstones are natural. Any treatments, enhancements or man-made materials known to us will be clearly disclosed in the individual product description. Examples include aura-coated quartz, dyed agate and Goldstone. Aura crystals begin with natural crystal and receive a specialist metallic coating to create their iridescent finish. Goldstone is a beautiful man-made decorative glass. Please read the individual listing for information about the exact material you are purchasing.

WHERE DO YOUR PRODUCTS COME FROM?

Our crystals, minerals and materials are sourced through trusted suppliers working with producers around the world, including Brazil, India and other established crystal-producing regions. Our gemstone jewellery is designed and handmade in my Glasgow studio. Other pieces are carefully selected and curated for their quality, character and natural beauty. I continually review my suppliers and aim to source as consciously and responsibly as possible.

CAN I USE YOUR CRYSTAL LAMPS OUTSIDE THE UK?

Unless the individual listing states otherwise, our crystal lamps are supplied with a UK plug and designed for the UK electrical supply. International customers must check compatibility with their local voltage and safety requirements. A suitable plug adapter or voltage converter may be required and is not normally included. Please consult a qualified electrician if you are unsure whether a lamp is suitable for use in your country.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?

Please contact me through Etsy Messages as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item. Please include clear photographs of: • The item • The internal packaging • The outer parcel • The shipping label Keep all packaging while the issue is being reviewed, as the delivery provider may require it for a claim. I will investigate the problem and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.

DO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PAY CUSTOMS CHARGES?

USA orders are currently sent with applicable import duties and fees prepaid. Customers in other countries may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or handling charges applied by their own country. These charges are not controlled by Luna by Louise. The full and accurate order value will always be declared on customs documents. Customs clearance can occasionally delay an international delivery.
