Can I order a custom size?

If you need a non-standard size, color change, or special request – no problem! We accept custom orders, and we'll make changes absolutely free. Just reach out to us.

Can I order a sample?

Sure! You can order a sample of a chosen wallpaper, to check how the material behaves on your wall, and see the print quality on a 1:1 scale of the elements. Your sample will have size 12”x39” (30x100 cm).

Do I need to prepare the surface (for example, the wall)?

You will receive the instructions with our wallpaper, where you will find all information about preparation, required tools and step by step guide for how to install the wallpaper. It’s important to note that the wall should be primed and painted at least about two weeks before installing the wallpaper. You will find more detailed information inside the instructions.

Can I clean the wallpapers that I bought from you?

Certainly! To clean the wallpaper, gently wipe the surface with a lightly moistened cloth. Try to avoid strong friction as you could wipe off the print. It is best to clean the wallpaper right after splashing. Please avoid chemical agents.

If I pull off the wallpaper, will it leave a trace?

No! You can stick and be off the wallpapers as many times as you need without leaving any marks on the wall. But we recommend doing it slowly and observing how the wall reacts to the wallpaper.

Can I order a panel and cut it into smaller panels?

In most cases, no. The repeat pattern usually is not the exact width of the wallpaper. That’s why if you cut a long panel into smaller panels, they will not line up. Each panel is unique and should be hung in order.

Do you accept returns?

We are sorry to inform you, but we are not accepting returns as our wallpapers are made-to-order.

I received a damaged item. What should I do?

First of all, take a picture of the damaged package and wallpaper itself and send it to us. If your order was damaged during the shipment, we will send you a replacement free of charge.

When ordering Wallpaper:
~ Measure the height and width of the your wall space;
~ Select in the drop-down menu materials, wall size and choose which roll to start print with in personalization;
~ It's good if the size wallpaper will be bigger than your wall size. You can cut off the excess;
~ Panels can be printed shorter or taller. Please contact us for setup questions.
