Custom and personalized orders

Custom personalization is available only for ceramic items made for pets — for example, I can add your pet’s name to the bowl. Hand-painted ceramic tableware cannot be personalized or customized at this time.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Each piece is carefully and securely packaged to ensure it arrives safely. I wrap every item in honeycomb paper and add decorative ribbon with a leaf accent. Then, I cover it with protective bubble wrap and place it inside two sturdy boxes separated by foam for extra safety during transit. If you would like special gift wrapping, please contact me — I’m happy to discuss available options.

Wholesale availability

Yes, I accept wholesale orders for up to 10 pieces. A 10% discount is available for bulk orders. Please contact me in advance to discuss details and production time.

Customs and import taxes

Be aware of possible import taxes, especially in the EU and the UK, Canada and Switzerland. Recipients may be required to pay these taxes upon receipt of the package, and it is their responsibility. Check your country's rules regarding tax rates and payment deadlines by contacting the customs authorities. Please note that these taxes do not apply to the shipping costs that we cover at the time of shipment.
