CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You have up to 4 hours to cancel your order. Our items are made to order. Once the 4 hours has passed we will then send your order into production. Once your order is in production we can not cancel the order.

✨Wash your clothing inside out. ✨Use the right temp setting (around 30°C). High-temperatures can fade the print and cause it to crack. ✨Use the right amount of soap and DO NOT use Bleach. ✨Use the gentle cycle on your washing machine. ✨Leave it turned inside out, hang it out to dry naturally. Do not expose the print to direct sunlight. ✨Avoid ironing your print. If you want a wrinkle free shirt. Turn it inside out to iron and use a low setting. Iron around your print.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

✨Please make sure to read product descriptions. ✨Please check refund and cancellation policies. ✨Please take your most loved item to measure it up against our size charts. ✨Check production and shipping times. ✨Make sure your shipping address is correct. ✨ADD TO CART and follow the prompts. We are unable to take responsibility for orders placed with an incorrect address. We cannot track / cancel / refund / replace orders placed with an incorrect address.

MY ORDER TRACKING STATUS SAYS IT'S BEEN DELIVERED. BUT I HAVN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If your order is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please follow the steps below: * Verify that the address you provided is correct. * Check with your neighbors to see if the package was delivered to them by mistake. * Contact your local post office. * Once you have checked the above, please contact us so we can fix the issue.

I AM MISSING AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Your items may be sent in two different packages. Please check your messages on Etsy. We will notify our customers if their order is going to arrive separately. If an item is missing, please contact me with the order number. So I can fix the issue.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges. Because my items are made to order and I do not hold any inventory. We do ask that you make sure the sizing is correct before placing an order. CAN I GET A REFUND? Unfortunately we can not refund if you order the wrong size or give us the wrong address. We do not refund on change of mind. MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT CAN I DO? If your item has arrived faulty such as a printing issue or the item itself is faulty. Please take pictures of the faulty item and send me a message with the order number. So I can fix the issue.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES:

Our current processing times are 2-5 days but can be longer when it get's closer to the holidays. Please take the holiday delays in mind when purchasing your gifts for loved ones or for yourself. Our current shipping times within the US are 5 - 10 business days. And 10 - 20 business days in Canada. Our shipping times are based on USPS/UPS guidelines. Once an item leaves our print partners we have no control over shipping delays. Many factors can cause shipping delays such as a shortage of staff or the post offices being busy because of the holidays. But please don't hesitate to contact me. I would like to help any way I can. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

We work with print provider partners with facilities at various locations in US and Canada. Depending on product and stock availability, your order may be fulfilled at a facility in the USA or Canada.
