EMBOSSING PROCESS:
All embossing is not created equal. Our designs have a deep embossing that shows so much texture! Designs tend to appear best on lighter-colored napkins and are intentionally created to be subtle, yet high-quality and visually appealing. We use the highest quality materials, but please note that napkins may “flatten” slightly during the embossing process.

COLOR CHOICES:
Please refer to the additional photos attached to each listing for available choices. The color of napkins may vary between computer monitors and lighting. Notes: cream napkins are more of a pale pale yellow color, and white is a beautiful warm white color.

MULTIPLE COLORS:
To order multiple colors, select the total quantity you’d like and choose “Mixed” from the primary color dropdown. Then include your color and quantity breakdown in the “Notes to Seller” at checkout or send me a message (for example: 24 napkins total — 12 white and 12 red). If you need a quantity not listed, feel free to message me and I’ll be happy to help!

SHIPPING:
Shipping is via USPS with standard shipping. Please note: I can guarantee when I will ship your order; however, I cannot control the delivery/arrival time once the USPS has your package. Please choose expedited shipping at checkout if you need your order more quickly than the standard shipping allows.

REFUNDS/RETURNS:
Your order is made custom for you! It is specific in color, quantity and pattern to your needs, so I do not offer refunds. Please reach out to me if an item is not what you expected, and I will do my best to resolve the issue to both of our satisfaction.
