Which brand of shirts do you use for your sweatshirts and t-shirts?

We use the Gildan 18000 unisex sweatshirts as well as the Comfort Colors Style T-shirts for most shirt listings. Some shirt listings will be the Bella Canvas 3001, and will state in the description.

What size should I get?

The sizing chart is displayed in the listing pictures for your reference. They are true to size for unisex shirts. For women we recommend getting your normal women's size if you want a relaxed fit or size up 1-2 sizes for a more oversized fit. For men, we recommend going with your normal size or sizing up one size for a more relaxed fit.

What is your Processing Time?

Our processing time is 2-7 business days (usually within 3 days!). During holidays, this may run on the longer end due to demand; we appreciate your patience there!

What is your Shipping Time?

Shipping takes 2-5 business days. Please message me for Priority Shipping options, which would be 2-3 business days. During holidays, we expect some USPS shipping delays as the amount of orders processed are higher.

How do I care for my clothing?

For best longevity of designs, I recommend washing all shirts inside out, in cold water, on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or let air dry. Do not use fabric softeners or bleach. Do not dry clean and avoid ironing on the design.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

All shirts are made to order. Because of this, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns at this time. Thank you for understanding this! That being said, I want every customer to be happy with what they receive, so if you are unsatisfied with your order, please reach out to me and I'd love to offer a discount code to help go towards materials for any reprint made for you.

What can I do about my order?

Printing Process:
➼ All designs are printed using the highest quality professional direct to garment (DTG) process, meaning fabric-grade ink is printed directly onto the fabric, and will not crack and peel like vinyl. In order for the designs to look true to life, this requires a pre-treatment so colors don’t absorb into the fabric and look muddy. This will result in the garment initially feeling a little stiff on the print area. Do not fret! This is perfectly normal and will soften within 2-3 washes on the areas where the design isn’t printed.

Care Instructions:
➼ Machine wash in cold water. Tumble dry low or let air dry
➼ Do not bleach
➼ Do not dry clean. Avoid ironing on the design
