Where do I find my digital downloads after purchasing?

To find your purchased digital downloads on Etsy, navigate to "Purchases and reviews" under your profile icon (usually located in the top right corner of the page). Then, locate the specific order containing the digital item and click "Download Files." The files will be available for download from there. Etsy also sends an email with a download link, and the files are also accessible through the "Purchases and reviews" section of the buyer's Etsy account.

How many times can I download and print a purchased file?

There are no limits on how many times or when a buyer can download a file, as long as the transaction hasn't been canceled or removed. You can print as many as you'd like. They make great gifts! You just can't resale any of the purchased files or prints.

All sales are final. If for some reason you need a refund, please message me and we can discuss the best options.

Where's the best place to print my items at?

There are lots of options when it comes to printing wall art. A few options are at a printing shop such as Staples, Office Depot, and Office Max. I recommend printing it up on a thick card stock paper. You can also print them up at a photo lab such as Costco, Walgreens, Walmart, Shutterfly, or my favorite Mpix.com. Or you can simply print them up at home! Just be aware that colors will slightly vary depending on where you print them up.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes! I will often run a site-wide sale, at least once a month. So check back if it's not on sale! You can also use the discount code "Save50" for 50% off three or more items. That discount code will always be available!

Do you offer printed products that are shipped to my house?

At this time I do not offer printed products, only digital products. I hope to add this option to my shop in the future!
