Please note: as these items are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

All our handknotted rugs are made entirely by hand, so slight variations in size are natural and part of their charm. We list the approximate size for each rug in the product description. If you need a rug in a specific measurement, we can create a custom piece to suit your space — just send us a message before ordering. Please keep in mind that due to the handmade process, finished sizes may vary by up to 2 inches (5 cm). This does not affect the beauty, quality, or durability of your rug, but adds to its unique, handcrafted character.

To keep your handknotted rug looking beautiful, vacuum regularly on a low suction setting to remove dust and dirt. Rotate the rug every few months to ensure even wear and fading. Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth — do not rub, as this may push the stain deeper into the fibers. Avoid direct sunlight for prolonged periods to prevent colour fading. For deep cleaning, we recommend professional rug cleaning only, as handwashing or machine washing can damage the knots and fibres. With proper care, your rug will remain a treasured part of your home for many years.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We take great care in packing each item so it arrives safely and beautifully. All orders are securely wrapped in protective materials to prevent damage during transit. If you’d like gift wrapping, we offer this service for an additional fee — simply select the gift wrap option at checkout or message us for details. Your gift will be wrapped in high-quality paper and finished with ribbon or twine, ready to be presented. We can also include a personalised message card at no extra charge.
