🎨 HAND-COLORED HAIR

Each color is individually created using professional salon-grade dyes.

Because human hair contains natural underlying pigments, slight variations in color, brightness, highlights, rooting, or dimension may occur.

Blonde shades in particular may vary slightly depending on the donor hair, toning process, lighting, photography, screen settings, and monitor calibration.

These natural variations are not considered defects.

🚫 FINAL SALE

All BeautyWigs units are custom made to order.

Materials are sourced and production begins specifically for your order. Because of this, cancellations, returns, and exchanges are not accepted once an order has been placed.

The only exception is if BeautyWigs sends an incorrect item.

Any approved cancellation or return is subject to a 35% processing/restocking fee to cover non-refundable transaction, material, and production costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Wigs that have been worn, washed, cut, colored, chemically treated, altered, restyled, exposed to excessive heat, or returned without prior written authorization cannot be accepted.

📦 SHIPPING

Tracking information will be provided through Etsy once your package is dispatched.

After the carrier accepts the package, transit times are controlled by the shipping carrier.

Carrier delays, customs processing, incorrect addresses, missed deliveries, or other transit issues outside of BeautyWigs’ control do not change the original order terms.

International customers should also allow additional time for customs and international carrier processing.

Buyers are responsible for confirming that their complete shipping address is correct before purchasing.
