◄ HOW TO PRESS YOUR DTF TRANSFER ►
1. Pre-press your garment for 5 seconds at 240°–300°F to remove excess moisture
2. Remove lint using a lint roller or tape where the design will be placed
3. Position your design and press for 15–25 seconds using medium pressure
4. Wait 3–10 seconds, then peel the film carefully
5. Press the garment for 5–30 seconds to enhance softness and durability
6. Lay flat and allow the garment to cool completely

CUSTOM ORDERS
We’re happy to create custom prints!
-You’ll receive a digital mockup within 48 hours for approval.
-Please respond within 48 hours to confirm your design.
-If no response is received, your order will proceed as shown in the mockup.
-Once production begins, orders cannot be changed.

INSPECTING YOUR ORDER
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If there’s an issue, take photos of both the product and packaging, then contact us for assistance.

SHIPPING OPTION (U.S. Only)
-Advantage (First Class): 2–5 business days
-Priority: 2–3 business days
-Priority Express: 1–2 business days

All shipping methods include tracking and up to $100 insurance for lost or damaged packages.

LATE DELIVERY FOR AN EVENT
If you have a deadline, please message us before placing your order to confirm production and delivery timing. Once your order is handed to USPS, delivery times are outside our control. Refunds are not available for postal delays.

LOST PACKAGES
Every order includes tracking and insurance. If your package is lost, please contact USPS directly to locate or file a claim.

WRONG ADDRESS PROVIDED
If you need to update your shipping address, message us immediately. If your order has already shipped, you’ll be responsible for reshipping costs.

PRINT ISSUES
If there’s a problem with your transfer, simply send us a photo and a short description — we’ll make it right with a replacement.

WHITE DOTS AROUND MY DESIGN
No worries! These tiny dots — often called “sand” or “sugar” — are normal in the DTF printing process and will wash away after the first wash.
