UPDATED- After leaving a 1 star review, seller reached out and apologized for bad experience and offered to compensate with a replacement product. I do appreciate that she listens to feedback and tries to make your experience better. Listen to the reviews of bad customer service!I ordered the item and requested to cancel within an hour of order placement because I was nervous about sizing. The seller refused and claimed it was already in production. They didn’t ship it for a few days after the order was placed. They just did not want to refund. Now I am stuck with a sweater that will not fit my baby. They offered me 40% off my next purchase to compensate for my displeasure but why would I give more money for bad customer service!? Highly do not recommend.
