Who pays customs fees and taxes in the non-EU countries

When your order arrives to your country, you will be responsible for paying all customs clearance fees and taxes that apply in your country. We can not estimate your counry´s import tax and customs fees. You will be notified by the shipping company, which will help you with the customs clearance.

We ship with UPS to most countries, with GLS to Switzerland.

How to claim a refund and in what cases?

We will offer you a replacement or a refund in case your order arrives damaged. If you have receved a package which shows clear signs of damage, please be sure to open it in the presence of the delivery man and clearly state on the delivery docket the state of the packaging. To claim a refund, please provide us with the photographs of an outside of the packaging and a damaged item, within 2 days. Please note that we can not refund you if a delivery man has left a package on your porch unattended.

Will this lamp work in the UK / USA?

Hanging and wall lamps will work everywhere. Table lamps will require a wall plug adapter, which you can buy on Amazon. All our lamps are equipped with either E14 or E27 light bulb socket. In USA, you may find these bulbs in specialized shops or order them online. In any case, if you have an electrician he will be able to swap the wall plug or a light bulb socket.

Are shipments insured?

Yes, the shipping price includes the cost of insurance.

Small but amazingly beautiful rectangular glass flush mount light with aluminium base. It can be used as a ceiling or a wall light.

The glass is crystal clear cut glass. The lamp comes equipped with a porcelain E27 light bulb socket.
