Can I change my address after placing my order?

If the address you provided at checkout is incorrect, please contact us before midnight CST the same day as your transaction in order to cancel your order. You will need to re-purchase the item and provide the correct shipping address at checkout.

How can I personalize my item?

You can personalize your item exactly as described in the “How to Personalize” section. To keep your gift looking its best, we aren't able to include emojis, special characters, or profanity. Custom bar mirrors and orders with your logo will be sent a digital proof.

Can I add my own artwork?

Yes with minimum quantities of 12+ (excluding bar mirrors). Contact us for a custom listing. The artwork should be high resolution and you must own the rights to reproduce any trademarked, copyrighted, or licensed images or logos.
