What happens If I’m not happy with my purchase?

ALL SALES FINAL Because all items are made to order, we do not typically accept returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with your product. Example: broken mug, wrong color received etc. However, customer service is my speciality and I never want anyone to be stuck with something they are not happy with. I haven’t received my package but it says it was delivered
