Wood fired syrup, made with love on our 42 acre sugarbush in the Maine woods. We have 450 taps on lateral lines and buckets that are hand collected. Our syrup is crafted in small batches in our custom wood fired evaporator.
Pure maple syrup is rich in minerals, such as manganese, and also has antioxidants that offer health benefits, such as lowering cholesterol and supporting brain health. It also contains magnesium, zinc, calcium, potassium, phosphorus, and iron.
This quart bottle includes 32 oz of pure Maine maple syrup. Use as a sugar substitute, or pour over waffles, warm on vanilla ice cream, or simply enjoy in your morning coffee.
