Dzi Bead
(pronounced "zee"; alternative spelling: gzi) is a bead stone of mysterious origin worn as part of a necklace and sometimes as a bracelet. In several Asian cultures, including that of Tibet, the bead is considered to provide positive spiritual benefit. These beads are generally prized as protective amulets and are sometimes ground up into a powder to be used in traditional Tibetan medicine. Beads subject to this process have small "dig marks" where a portion of the bead has been scraped or shaved away to be ground into the medicine. Wikipedia

Carnelian
Is believed to remind us to be "in the moment." It is said to be a stone of protection particularly from anger, jealousy and fear. It is also believed to assist one in finding the right mate. This stone calms fears about death and rebirth, bringing serenity and acceptance of the great cycle of life.

Rainforest Jasper AKA Rhyolite
Is said to ignite the potential and creativity of the soul. It is also said to give strength to deal calmly with challenging life circumstances and brings awareness of ones own strength. Rhyolite has a balancing effect, gently facilitating emotional release where this is appropriate.

Wood
Represents chi expanding in all directions, the
explosion of life. It is the simple joy of a seedling opening to embrace sunlight, or the expansion of the universe. At its strongest, it can have the persistence of weeds, the strength of roots breaking through foundations; at its gentlest, it can be the gentle breezes of spring, the joy of rebirth. The season of Wood is spring, its phase is the waxing moon. The shape associated with Wood is the column.
