To use (biotin hair mists): Shake well before each use! Spray onto hair or skin and be sure to avoid clothes! Reapply as wanted/needed :)

To use (body wash):
Apply desired amount to skin using your hands or a washcloth, then lather and rinse!

Shake well before each use. Apply a few drops to your hands and smooth over hair for soft and good smelling locks!

To use (body scrubs): Scoop out desired amount and gently rub on your skin in circular motions! Rinse and repeat as necessary :)
