When will I receive my digital download, and how is it delivered?

We send all digital downloads manually to the email address linked to your Etsy account. Not through instant access. Since we sell both physical and digital items in one listing, Etsy doesn’t support automatic delivery for these orders. We usually send your files within 48 hours (often much sooner!). If you haven’t seen the email yet, please check your spam or junk folder. Sometimes it ends up there by accident. If it’s still not there, just send me a quick message and I’ll double-check right away to make sure you get your files without delay. (We know it’s exciting to receive your file right away. Thank you so much for your patience while we send everything manually!)

Why does my digital order say “Shipped”?

I completely understand how confusing it can be to see a “shipped” status for a digital order. Let me explain. Because our shop sells both physical and digital items, Etsy requires every order to be marked as “shipped” for the system to process it properly. For digital items, nothing physical is being sent, but this status helps us keep everything consistent. You might also see a tracking number attached. That’s just a formality to fulfill Etsy’s system requirements. Your order is fully digital, and your files are sent directly to the email address linked to your Etsy account. We usually deliver them within 24 hours (and always within 48 hours at the latest).

Why does my digital order include a shipping fee?

That’s just how Etsy’s system processes listings that include both physical and digital items. Sometimes it automatically applies a shipping fee, even though nothing is actually being shipped. To make sure you’re not charged for shipping, you can use the voucher code FREESHIPPINGDIGITAL at checkout. This code is made specifically for digital downloads and will remove any shipping fee from your total. If you’ve already placed your order and notice a shipping charge, just message me. I’ll be happy to refund the shipping cost for you right away.

What if my print is damaged or has a printing error?

No worries at all. All our items are fully insured for situations like this. If your print arrives damaged or with a printing issue, just send us a few clear photos showing the damage (both the print and the packaging/box). This helps us analyze what happened and file an insurance claim with our printer. Once we’ve received your photos, we’ll immediately arrange a free replacement for you. You’ll also get an Etsy message from us with your new tracking number so you can follow the delivery every step of the way.

What if I want to request a return or refund?

As written in our shop policies, we don’t accept returns or refunds since all our items are made to order through print-on-demand. We only print your item once you place an order, so we don’t keep any stock or storage.We’re a small shop doing everything per request. That said, if the mistake is on our end (for example, if you received the wrong print or design), we’ll absolutely make it right and send a replacement or refund. If you’re unsure about sizes, colors, or anything before ordering, please reach out to us first. We’re always happy to help and guide you to make sure you get exactly what you want.

All digital downloads are provided in PNG format with 5 carefully prepared ratio groups, allowing you to print a wide range of sizes. These include:
• 3:4 Ratio
• 11:14 Ratio
• 4:5 Ratio
• 2:3 Ratio
• ISO ratio (A4, A3, etc.)

If your preferred size is not listed, don’t worry. Our files are created to remain crisp when scaled within reasonable limits. Simply refer to our size guide to select the closest file for your intended print. For example, if you plan to print 24x36 inches, use the 12x18 inches file. For any enlargement, we recommend using software such as Adobe Photoshop to preserve the resolution.

⚘ Printing Instructions ⚘
You can print your files at home or through a professional printing service. While both options work, we highly recommend professional printing for the most accurate colors and premium finish. Professional labs offer a wider selection of paper types and typically deliver more vibrant and consistent results. When selecting paper, we suggest choosing 180 gsm or higher for a smooth, luxurious feel. For the best presentation, we recommend requesting a matte finish, as it reduces glare and complements most interior styles. If you prefer a glossy finish, you may request that from your service provider.

Once your purchase is completed, Etsy will make the download files available through your account under Purchases and Reviews.
