When will my order ship?

Each order has its own processing time. Ready to ship items ship approx 7-10 days after you place your order. Preorder (also called "Made to Order") items are made after you place your order. Processing times vary for each preorder item in our shop; some take 1-2 weeks while others can take up to 6 weeks before they ship. Estimated processing times for an item will be listed in the item's description. Processing times listed throughout our shop are estimates only, and should only be used as an estimate, not a guarantee. I am usually very prompt but am only 1 person and I hand make everything, so processing times can slow down during releases and busy times of the year. I reall appreciate your patience as I work through the order queue ♥︎

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 3 days of your order date. All our products are made to order, therefore we don’t accept any cancellations once we have begun crafting your order. You can request an order cancellation by sending us a message here. Any custom orders or products that have personalization can not be cancelled once ordered.

Can I view the progress of my order?

I received an email saying my order has shipped, but the tracking shows 'Pre-Shipment' and the shipping carrier is still awaiting package acceptance. What does that mean?

We package and print shipping labels from our home studio. We often print the shipping labels a day or two before we plan on taking them to the post office. Rest assured though, your package is ready to ship and tracking will be updated within 1-2 days of the label being printed.

Do you guarantee shipping dates/speed, or arrival by a certain date

No. Shipping speeds are completely out of our hands and we have no control over this.

When will your next shop update/launch be?

You can view our shop news and updates by visiting our site (rhiandddept.com). Our major collection launches occur during the following times throughout the year: January — Valentines Day Collection begins March/April — Spring & Easter Collection begins June — Summer Collection begins Late Aug/Early Sept — Halloween & Harvest Collection begins Early November — Christmas & Winter Collection begins We regularly release new items throughout the year which are not part of major collection launches. Do you really make everything by hand?

Yes! With a little help from my sewing/embroidery machine, everything is 100% handmade by me (including stickers!) ♥︎

Can I request changes/personalizations for preorder items?

Yes! You can always request simple changes such as different fabric colors for any of our items. If you would like any major changes however, please message us to make sure we are able to accommodate your request!
