If you would like a proof, please add it to the notes at checkout. Proof must be approved or edited within 2 days of order. Otherwise, your order will be forwarded to production.

💗 CANCELLATIONS💗
Please note that if you choose to cancel your order after we've sent the mockup but before you've approved it, a fee of $25 per pet drawing (or custom drawing) will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the time our artists have already spent handcrafting your personalized design. We appreciate your understanding and are excited to create something special for you!

💗 RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 💗
All can coolers are made to order, and specifically designed for your needs. Given these are personalized, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. If there is an error on our part we will gladly send a corrected replacement or issue a refund if a remake is not possible. Please make sure to contact us within 5 days of delivery to receive a return authorization. Make sure you return the items back to us within 5 days of delivery. Shipping is non-refundable.

If there was an error with your order, please message us immediately. Include pictures of the issue, and if possible, a photo of all the affected items along with the shipping label. Someone from our team will get back to you to discuss a solution and determine whether your order qualifies for a remake.

If you need your order rushed please message us before ordering telling us when you need your order and what State you're located in.
We will reply asap (usually within 1-2 hours) confirming if we can rush your order, and advising you about what Shipping Method will be necessary to get your order delivered in time for your event.

Variations can also happen due to the handmade process, fabric shine, ink thickness, and lighting. Additionally, differences in monitor, smartphone, and tablet displays may cause colors to appear differently in person.

An accidental over or under run of 5% will constitute a complete order. Every attempt will be made to minimize these amounts.

I wanted to clarify the shipping timeline for you. When you select free shipping, your order is expected to arrive towards the end of the estimated delivery window provided by Etsy.

If you require your order by the earlier date within that timeframe, please note that this can only be accommodated with the purchase of both rush production and rush shipping. Without these, the earlier delivery date is not guaranteed.

Standard shipping takes 3-6 business days. If purchasing multiple items from our shop, items will ship at different times. We use USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL Global Mail you will receive a tracking number when your order is marked shipped.
