Refunds or Returns are NOT accepted unless your item is damaged or you received the wrong item and you notify me of a problem within THREE (3) days of receiving the order. Customer must send photos of the damaged product within FOUR 4 days..  
As a small business owner, I reserve the right to choose to exchange products in lieu of a refund. There are no money-back guarantees.    
I will replace your printed item without you paying any other costs if I made the error. But, if you made the error when placing the order, I can replace the item, but the customer will pay for the shipping costs and return shipping costs (if applicable). The returned item must be in the original packaging and unused.
