What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns on Emergency Kits once they have been shipped. If you need to cancel your order, we accept cancellations within 12 hours of purchase. After that we are not able to guarantee your order can be cancelled. If you receive you kit with damaged or missing items, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to fix those items.

Do you offer custom or personalized orders?
Yes, we offer customization options on many of our products. Please reach out to us with your specific requirements or ideas. If you have any items you would like added, please contact us ahead of purchase so that we can get you a quote for any additional items. We are more than happy to help accommodate most requests.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on the carrier's website. Once an items is shipped any delays by the shipping company are out of our hands. Please make sure that the address you are shipping to is entered carefully.
