Gift wrapping and packaging

On arrival of your order, please take care in opening box, bubble wrap and Inside packaging. Cut along tape on box to open. Delicate items are wrapped especially carefully to absorb shock in transit. When opening please remove protective packaging carefully and take your time to avoid breakages and damaging item.

How do I hang my letter or name?

Command picture hanging strips are recommended, these cause no damage to design or wall. They can be purchased at all major retailers.

All sizes are shown on each listing and again clearly shown on each item description, if unsure which size to order please don't hesitate to contact me.

Custom and personalised orders

Please be aware when ordering my cursive names that font proof is available before ordering on request. If not requested at time of purchasing your order will go straight to production stage. This is explained on item listing also. If this is not requested I can only assume you are happy with name style and your name will go to Cutting stage. When received if not exactly what you expected then please contact me within 48 hours of delivery. All personalised items/orders are non refundable and not eligible for exchange.

Please ensure if ordering more than one number or letter the quantity is reflected at checkout. If ordering single digits then one needs to be placed in basket. Double digits then two in basket and so on and so forth.

My order hasn’t arrived

If order has been delayed and surpassed eta with courier I will then be able to investigate. Response from courier can take up to 10 working days during busy periods. I will then advise of next stage once located or declared missing in transit, please do not worry as I will always ensure one of my designs reaches you as promised.

HOW TO ORDER

1) Select your desired size capital letter and number of letters in name and add to basket. For larger names 6mm thickness is recommended as less fragile and sturdier.

Capital letter sizes 10cm - 20cm are recommended for door hanging, larger sizes are to be wall mounted. If font proof or sizing is needed, please don't hesitate to message me .

2) In personalisation box write name wanted with clear correct spelling. Font proof is available on request, if not requested when placing orders then will go straight to production stage.

3) Select wood colour from photo attached and make a note in personalisation box. Please message me with any questions.

4) Please make a note of rose colour you would like, you can refer to photos as example or alternatively send me a room pic or photo of event colours and I can advise.

DIMENSIONS

We offer names available in 10cm, 15cm, 20, 30 and 40cm capital letters. Lower case size varies from 5-20cm depending on letter and width will vary depending on name length. If ordering our largest size capital letters and a longer name, your capital letter and lower case letters will be sent in two parts. Traditionally lower case letters are roughly half size of capital letter :)

If approximate sizing is needed please don't hesitate to contact me.

HANGING

These are not included as there are many different wall types worldwide and not one type fits all. Do not use nails or double sided tape, this will cause damage to name and not hold on wall. We are not responsible for incorrect hanging.

Each item is packaged carefully in high grade bubble wrap, then inside a 4ply cardboard box with our eco protective beads to ensure smooth transit. All our packaging materials are recyclable and packing beads can be dissolved in water.. All items come with tracking information. Processing time is 7 business days and you can select your desired shipping method at the checkout.

If purchasing from the USA all p&p costs are inclusive of tariff charges. There will be no additional customs charges after sale. This came into effect September 2nd. Any orders prior to this date will be contacted via courier to pay these charges.
