Each sink is handcarved to order in 2–3 weeks, and delivery takes about 1 more week with express air shipping — so you'll receive your order in roughly 3–4 weeks total. Every order includes tracking, and we message you at each stage: carving finished, quality check, and shipment.

2. Will I pay customs or import fees?

No — all our prices include duties and taxes (DDP shipping). The price you see at checkout is the final price. We ship worldwide via express courier with full insurance, and there are no surprise fees on delivery in the US, EU.

3. What happens if my sink arrives damaged?

You're fully covered: if your sink arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we offer a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. Just send us photos of the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery. Every piece is packed in a custom wooden crate with foam protection, so damage is rare, but you take zero risk.

4. Can I order a custom size, stone, or design?

Yes — custom orders are our specialty. We can carve any sink in your exact dimensions, in any of our stones (Calacatta Viola, Calacatta Gold, Carrara, Nero Marquina marble, or travertine), including wall-mount, vessel, double-basin, and fluted designs. Message us with your measurements and we'll send a quote and a drawing for approval, usually within 24 hours. Custom sizes typically cost the same or slightly more than standard sizes.

5. How do I care for a marble or travertine sink? Is it hard to maintain?

Not at all — a natural stone sink needs about 5 minutes of care per month. Every sink ships pre-sealed. Clean it with a soft cloth and pH-neutral soap (avoid vinegar, lemon, or bleach), wipe up cosmetics and toothpaste promptly, and re-apply a stone sealer every 6–12 months (a simple wipe-on product, no professional needed). With this routine, marble and travertine sinks last for decades.

6. What size sink do I need, and how heavy are they?

Check three measurements: your vanity or counter width, the wall-to-front depth, and your drain position. Our standard vessel sinks are typically 40–60 cm (16–24") wide and weigh 15–35 kg (33–77 lbs). All sinks use a standard drain opening (Ø 45 mm / 1.75") compatible with US and EU pop-up drains. Wall-mounted models require our heavy-duty steel brackets (sold separately) and installation into wall studs. Exact dimensions and weight are listed on every product page — and if you're unsure, send us a photo of your bathroom and we'll advise.

7. Will my sink look exactly like the photos?

It will be very close, but never identical — and that's the beauty of natural stone. Every marble and travertine block has unique veining, so your sink is a one-of-a-kind piece. Colors and vein patterns will match the overall character shown in our photos. If you'd like, we can send photos of the actual stone slab before carving your order.
