Ladies 1940s vintage hat.

This hat is probably from the early 1940s but could easily be from the late 1930s. This is the perfect hat for every season. If you watch the old movies you will see many similar silhouettes. You can add artificial cherries, flowers, feathers, brooches or just about anything to this hat to give it a different look. It is a great base hat for your wardrobe.
This hat is designed to sit with a deep tilt down over one eye. The way the hat is designed it sits very well. The straps at the back of the hat cup the head.

This hat is made of a heavy black fabric. The back three straps are held together by an elastic thread. There are makeup marks on the underside of this hat from being worn down low on the brow.
